Frequently asked questions

To active your Enpass Premium license on any device:

  • Once you install Enpass, launch the app.
  • Click Activate Enpass at the bottom of the welcome screen.
  • Enter the e-mail you want to associate with Enpass and click Send Code to receive an activation code.
  • Enter the six-digit code sent to your e-mail, and click Confirm.
  • Click Done to complete the activation process.

To restore your purchase or migrate from Lite to a Premium user:

If you’re already using the app, make sure you’re registered (activated Enpass) with the same email on which you received the purchase confirmation or an invite from the Enpass family plan administrator.

  • Go to Settings > General, and click the View Details button.
  • Click Change, and enter an email on which you received a purchase confirmation.
  • Click Send Code to receive an activation code, enter the six-digit code sent to your e-mail, and then click Confirm.
  • Click Done to complete the activation process.

If the purchase doesn’t restore, visit unable to restore purchase or write to us at support@enpass.io for help.

NOTE: It is necessary to register within the Enpass app to restore your purchase on any device.

In one word – No. If you have purchased a one-time Premium license or an active recurring subscription after November’19, you don’t have to pay anything for the Premium features. The Premium license allows you to use all the features at no extra cost. You can check your current plan in Enpass under Account section in Settings.
Make sure you’re registered in the Enpass app with the same email which you used while purchasing on the website. If you’re using the same email, drop us an email at support@enpass.io with the email ID and the purchase confirmation.
You can easily manage your purchase made through the website by following the steps given below:

  1. Open the URL https://enpass.onfastspring.com/account.
  2. Enter the same email address you used while purchasing the Enpass Premium plan and click Continue.
  3. An email will be sent to you with a link to access your account, view your order, subscription, and update the payment details.

You can easily manage your Family members by following the steps given below:

  1. In your browser, visit the Enpass Admin Console.
  2. Enter your administrator email address, and click the Next button to receive a verification code via email.
  3. Retrieve and enter the verification code, and click the Verify button to login.

Adding a member

  1. Select Users from the Sidebar.
  2. Click to add a user.
  3. Fill in the user details, and click the Add User button.

Note: The License is granted by default, which you can disable while adding the member.

Removing a member

  1. Click ⋮ to the right of the user’s information, and select Remove.
  2. On the confirmation overlay, click Remove.

Note: Once removed, the Enpass Premium license also gets deactivated for the member.

Deactivating licenses

  1. Turn off the Active toggle to the right of the user’s information.
  2. On the confirmation overlay, click Confirm.

Note: Deactivating a license doesn’t remove the member from the Family list.
